1. 900-M1 mixer/ grinder
The Thompson Multi-Level Mixer-Mincer Eliminates the strain and discomfort caused to the operator from continuous bending and crouching over the mincer outlet whilst filling trays for display. Hydraulically Powered Height Control: Low for loading, High for operating comfort during product discharge. The primary objective is to eliminate the strenuous work practice of bending over the mincer outlet causing strain and injury to the lower back region.
The Thompson 3000 Series are solidly constructed of Heavy Gauge Stainless Steel with fully Seam Welded corners throughout, offering smooth hygienic surfaces. The removable stainless steel mixing arm offers an efficient mix and dispensation of the product. The mixing paddle is programmed with an automatic forward-reverse duty cycle.
The feedscrew gully empties fully without squashing or pulping the product. A feature of this machine is the load height, only 1150mm.
The Mixer-Mincers are powered by two independent helical gear reduction units. This in turn delivers quiet and continuous, trouble free operation.

The Thompson Column Hoist has been designed to complement the larger range of Thompson Mixer-Mincers.
With a 200kg lifting capacity this is sufficient to fill most mixer-mincers in one operation, offering substantial savings in labour cost and removing the ever present danger of staff injury.
