Function:

• Pulling of cooked meat to fibres, the cooked, warm meat will be fed by a hopper to the spiral conveyor
• The spiral then conveys the meat into the pull drum
• To get different product structures, you can change the pull drum

Settings:

• Spiral conveyor with supply hopper
• Pull drums for different fibre structures possible
• Belt width 400 or 600mm
• CO2 hood for chilling
